		<description>I would also like to add that we have to set boundaries.  I took a class on this at our church because I had this very problem and you are so right.  I was forever volunteering everywhere and having no time for myself or my family.  You have to realize what you must say &quot;yes&quot; to first, then you will know what you should say no to. Therefore, just say yes!</description>
